Mono-bis is a bistro run by MONOLITH a restaurant on the same street. Service is prix fixe, but several choices are available. Classic French fare is on offer here, including boudin noir sausage, choucroute and pork roast. The pairing of smoked salmon with monaka wafer is inspired by canapes.
