MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The room sports a mix of cultural motifs from the Chaoshan region, including a miniature replica of Guangji Bridge, an icon of Chaozhou. Rather than a main dining room, guests are ushered into private rooms and menus must be customised in advance. The signature marinated “gelato” raw mud crab boasts creamy orange roe that melts in the mouth. The double-boiled silkie chicken soup with deer tendon and ginseng is ideal to warm you up on cold days.
