Located at the Voco Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, Aamara takes diners on a journey through time with a menu that draws inspiration from the ancient Silk Road. The menu combines Arabic and Indian flavours with beautiful ‘Instagrammable’ plating too. A highlight dish is the butterfly prawn with muhammara chutney and candied walnut – not to be missed.
