Helmed by chef Rahul Rana, avatāra is Dubai’s first and only vegetarian fine-dining restaurant. Known for using simple seasonal ingredients and sourcing their produce from local farms, avatāra takes diners on a culinary journey back to the roots of Indian cuisine, when it was predominately vegetarian. The Naivedhya (Holy Offering) from the chakra-inspired menu is a must try.
