MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
With a name meaning ‘century’, the concept here is to transport guests back 100 years, to eat like our great-grandparents used to. Cue vintage music, chandeliers and green velvet chairs. The cooking, inspired by early 20th Century dining, includes signature dishes such as steak tartare and pineapple parfait. Choose from a tasting menu, an à la carte or a surprise ‘menu du jour’; all boast dishes that are simple, well-cooked and feature good quality produce.
