MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Stiel exudes an Oriental vibe – with bright Eastern motifs, warm tones and wicker furnishings, this is as cosy as it gets and you immediately feel at home. The front-of-house team is beautifully in sync with the enthusiastic kitchen brigade, who you can see at work in the open kitchen. Often inspired by Indonesia, their wide range of dishes to share (a regular menu is also available) pack the spicy punch you would expect. House-made dim sum with veal and five spices, a rich curry with prawns, juicy satay kambing – this is a veritable feast for the taste buds!
