Vite is the San Patrignano community restaurant, which serves gourmet cuisine with a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients such as cured Mora Romagnolo hams, cheeses, home-grown vegetables and wine, although ingredients from further afield also feature. The professional service and positive, friendly atmosphere make this a highly enjoyable dining experience.
