Chef Sergi Arola designed and signed off on this menu, which includes his signature tapas – modern and creative small plates that are ideal for sharing. Tip: you can take a seat at the counter to watch the cooks at work and ask for their recommendations. The high tables are also a comfortable seating option. This trendy restaurant, the only tapas bar in this upscale resort, is located in the hotel W Verbier.
